Happy Pigs in a Blanket Day!

Mine were made with Tofurkey Italian Sausages + crescent rolls and they were delicious.

Also, Happy Easter for those who celebrate!

I hope your Sunday was relaxing and enjoyable. I’m off to bed because I’ve committed to a 6:15am hot yoga class. I’ll leave you with this hilarious Easter gem:

  Mmm, pigs in a blanket, usually just use vegan hotdogs and bisquick–these look so much better/more flavorful (and I looove crescent rolls)
